Lymphatic Flow - Compression Therapy

This combined treatment begins with 20 minutes of hands-on Bowen-based lymphatic activation, preparing key drainage pathways before moving into 30–45 minutes of Normatec sequential compression therapy for the arms and legs.

The compression phase uses gentle, rhythmic pressure through the limbs to complement the hands-on treatment and encourage continued fluid movement and circulation.

Bringing the two approaches together creates a restorative whole-body treatment supporting lymphatic flow, fluid balance, circulation and recovery, while allowing time for the body to relax and regulate.
